Service Description
- Manufacture and supply of oligonucleotides in large quantities (mg scale) suitable for animal administration
- Standard QC, with optional sodium salt exchange and endotoxin testing
- Available for the development of a wide range of oligonucleotide therapeutics, including ASOs, double-stranded RNAs, aptamers, etc.
- Extensive range of modification options for oligonucleotide therapeutics
Examples: Phosphorothioate (PS), 2′-MOE, 2′-F, 2′-OMe, 5-Methyl-dC, Locked Nucleic Acid
