For pretreatment of your sequencing samples, various optional services are available from our custom DNA sequencing service.
Upon customer’s request, total analysis support from genome extraction to sequencing is available.
Orders can be customized, e.g. primer design only, from PCR amplification to sequencing, and so on.
DNA Extraction
DNA is extracted from tissue, cell or blood.
Extracted genomic DNA is used as a template for works from PCR amplification to sequencing.
Primer design
Optimal sequencing primers can be designed based on your sequence information provided.
Primer design for PCR amplification
Primers for PCR amplification can be designed to perform direct sequencing.
Please provide information such as a region to be sequenced, species, accession No. of the target gene in advance.
Primer design for sequencing
Primers for sequencing can be designed based on the sequencing result or the neighbor sequence information. Good for primer walking based on parially known sequences.

PCR amplification service for the target region is available as a pre-treatment of sequencing.

UP to two evaluations are available for one order. Even though no amplification is confirmed for the second evaluation, the order will be closed.。

Full length sequencing for the gene of interest
“Would like to perform full-length sequencing for the Exon region of the gene of interest to compare with the reference sequence.”
Please provide us a purified genomic DNA and the information such as accession No. for the gene of interest, and we will design and synthesize PCR primers, which can amplify all Exons respectively, with reference to genome information, to perform direct sequencing.
