As a pre-processing step for sequence analysis, we perform PCR amplification of the target region.

Example 1: Gel Extraction of PCR Products
- Objective
- Extract and confirm the sequence of PCR product bands at around 200 bp and 600 bp.
- Contents
- Provide unpurified PCR products and your primers. We will perform gel extraction purification and direct sequencing.

Example 2: Analysis Using Known Primers
- Objective

- Perform full-length analysis of exon regions of the target gene and compare the sequence with the reference sequence.
