Agilent miRNA
Microarray Analysis

This is a service for analyzing Agilent miRNA microarrays. Using highly sensitive technology, we provide accurate and reliable data. It is also possible to obtain both gene expression and miRNA profiles from the same sample and analyze them in combination.

Microarray Scanning
/ Feature Extraction

We accept hybridized array slides for scanning and feature extraction. We deliver analysis results promptly, allowing you to smoothly proceed to the next step.

Data Mining

This is an optional analysis service for microarray data. We extract significant information from data sets to support the advancement of your research. Please consult us regarding data obtained from other facilities.
