RUO Oligonucleotide Synthesis (in vitro / in vivo)

Service Description

From drug discovery to preclinical evaluation, we provide customized synthesis services optimized for your research purpose, adjusting modifications, purity and scale for both in vitro and in vivo use.

Key Features

  • Available for the development of a wide range of oligonucleotide therapeutics, including ASOs, double-stranded RNAs, aptamers, etc.
  • Extensive range of chemical modifications to the oligonucleotide backbone and bases
Examples: Phosphorothioate (PS), 2′-MOE, 2′-F, 2′-OMe, 5-Methyl-dC, Locked Nucleic Acid
  • Compatible with conjugates for drug delivery systems (DDS)
    Examples: Tri-GalNAc, Cholesterol, Tocopherol
Additional modifications are available. See the full list.

We support custom modifications beyond our standard offerings and synthesis with client-supplied amidites.

in vitro Grade (μg scale)

We offer μg-scale oligonucleotides for multiple sequences with short turnaround times, ideal for screening applications such as transfection and other cell-based assays.
Purification options include reverse-phase cartridge and HPLC to balance cost and quality.

POINT
Competitive turnaround times, even for high-throughput projects

  • *1  If you are interested in other types of oligonucleotides, please feel free to contact us.
  • *2  Annealing is available free of charge.

in vivo Grade (mg–g scale)

We support mg–g scale synthesis for animal administration.
Starting from sequences and conditions established during screening, scale and quality specifications can be progressively expanded according to the development stage.
Supply form and quality control settings are configured to meet application requirements.

POINT
Na+ salt exchange and endotoxin testing are available upon request
Na+ Salt Exchange:
To avoid the irritation and toxicity risks associated with TEA salts, the counter cation is exchanged to sodium (Na⁺).

Endotoxin Testing:
Since even trace endotoxin contamination may induce fever or inflammatory responses, we confirm that levels remain below our internal acceptance limits.

Quotation & Order

Please submit your quotation request using our quotation request sheet or the inquiry form.
We will send your quotation within the same or next two business days.

  • * For modifications not listed in our standard offerings, or for custom synthesis using your own amidite, additional time may be required.
Quotation Request & Order Sheet
The quotation request sheet is available in Excel format for DNA, RNA and modified oligonucleotide synthesis. It can also be used as an order form when placing your order.
