LaboPass™ IP-Pfu PCR Premix は、IP-Pfu DNA Polymerase、dNTP、MgCl₂、反応バッファー、Loading Dye、安定剤を含む最適化された 2X PCR マスターミックスで、thin-wall 8-strip PCR tubeに分注されています。この分注済プレミックスにより、PCR セットアップが簡素化されます。お客様は、テンプレートDNA、プライマー、DW を追加するだけでPCR反応を開始でき、電気泳動用の Loading Dye が添加済みであるため反応終了後直ちに電気泳動できます。
