Alexa Fluor™ 594

Alexa Fluor™ 594 is a fluorescent dye used for labeling oligonucleotides.
This modification is introduced via reaction of an NHS ester–activated dye with amino-modified oligonucleotides.

Features
  • Water-soluble green fluorescence (Ex: 590 nm / Em: 617 nm)
  • Compatible with 561 nm laser excitation (Texas Red filter sets)
  • High brightness and photostability with stable fluorescence across a wide pH range
Applications
1. Cell-based assays (in vitro) Cellular uptake evaluation, Localization analysis, Transfection efficiency assessment
2. Animal experimentation (in vivo) Biodistribution analysis
3. Nucleic acid detection FISH / Fluorescent probes
