3. Delivering high-quality RNA through robust quality control.
We use polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to verify the quality of our synthesized RNA.
As shown in the electrophoresis image below, we confirm band patterns that correspond to the purification grade.
By evaluating bands consistent with both purification level and oligonucleotide length, we maintain consistently high product quality.
For oligonucleotides up to 50 mer purified by cartridge (with MS verification), HPLC, or PAGE, identity is confirmed by LC-ESI-MS.

4. Annealing and aliquoting services are also available for preparing double-stranded RNA.
We offer up to 10 aliquots per sequence at no additional cost.
Please let us know your desired aliquot volume and number of tubes.
5. Optional services such as in vivo grade (Na+ salt exchange and endotoxin testing) are available.
You can choose from a variety of optional services to suit your experimental needs.
Workflow - From Order to Delivery
- Depending on when we receive your order, synthesis may begin before we send the delivery schedule notice.
We will send an Order Confirmation Notice by e-mail, so please make sure to review the order details (such as purification method, sequence, etc.).
- Place your order via our website or by e-mail.
- After receiving your order, we will inform you of the estimated delivery schedule by e-mail.
- Synthesis of your oligonucleotide will begin, followed by a thorough quality inspection.
- Prior to shipment, we conduct final quality checks and deliver only products that have passed our quality standards.
