Alexa Fluor™ 750
Alexa Fluor™ 750 is a fluorescent dye used for labeling oligonucleotides.
This modification is introduced via reaction of an NHS ester–activated dye with amino-modified oligonucleotides.
Features
- Water-soluble near-infrared fluorescence (Ex: 753 nm / Em: 782 nm)
- Compatible with 633 nm laser excitation (Cyanine7-equivalent filter sets)
- High brightness and photostability with stable fluorescence across a wide pH range
Applications
