Service Description
Quality check is performed for customers’ RNA samples using nano drop and bioanalyzer.
Acceptable Samples

* Please dissolve the sample to Nuclease Free Water.
* Samples are not to be returned, so please dispense and keep the amount you require in advance.

* Please clearly state as “RNA quality check sample” on the envelop.
* Please make sure to enclose enough amount of dry ice so that samples are kept frozen upon delivery.
* We do not receive samples on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Please make sure that your package will be delivered to HSS on working days from 9:00 to 18:00.
* HSS is not responsible for any troubles during the transport.
