Basically, product longer than 71 bases is available with HPLC and PAGE purification only.
Please note that gel filtration for the product shorter than 10 bases is not available.
^＊4 The molecular weight data of LC-MS will be enclosed to the product under 50 bases.
^＊5 Combination of HPLC + IEX HPLC purifications are applied for oligos of 20 -30 bases, and HPLC + PAGE purifications for oligos of 31 -50 bases.
^＊6 Products with Thiol modification have the protecting group on to avoid disulfide linkage. The protocol for deblocking will be enclosed with the shipment of the product.
