- – Real Time PCR Probe is a probe with modification of 5’FITC(6-FAM) 3’TAMRA.
- – Please calculate the total fee as follows: (synthesis fee) X (number of bases) + (purification fee)

- *1 The fee for 10 bases will be charged when the order is under 10 bases.
- *2 Degenerated base is available for more than 0.05µmol scale.
- *3 Each purification grade has applicable number of bases.
Basically, product longer than 71 bases is available with HPLC and PAGE purification only.
Please note that gel filtration for the product shorter than 10 bases is not available. - *4 The molecular weight data of LC-MS will be enclosed to the product under 50 bases.
- *5 Combination of HPLC + IEX HPLC purifications are applied for oligos of 20 -30 bases, and HPLC + PAGE purifications for oligos of 31 -50 bases.
- *6 Products with Thiol modification have the protecting group on to avoid disulfide linkage. The protocol for deblocking will be enclosed with the shipment of the product.
- *7 Products will be dried for delivery with some exceptions. Please inquire for delivery in other state.
