We use the dedicated microarray analysis software “GeneSpring” to extract valuable information from array data.

General Analysis
Pre-processing	Perform preprocessing necessary for analysis (normalization and parameter settings).
Significance Test	Conduct significance tests for comparisons between groups. For comparisons between two groups, we use the t-test. For comparisons among three or more groups, we combine ANOVA and multiple comparison tests.

Venn Diagram	Visually represents the overlaps and differences between multiple datasets.
Clustering	Classifies genes or samples based on expression patterns.
Principal component analysis	Reduces data dimensions while preserving most variability.
Find Similar Entities	Identifies gene expression patterns across conditions or samples.
For Gene Expression Array
GO Analysis	Detects Gene Ontology terms characteristic of specific gene sets.
Pathway Analysis	Explores pathways highly associated with specific gene sets.
For miRNA Array
Find Targeted Genes	Identifies genes that are potential targets of specific miRNA sets.
For cases where both gene expression array and miRNA array data are obtained from the same samples
Integrated Analysis	Integrates gene expression array data and and miRNA array data for a comprehensive biological system understanding.

Cautions

• – Description and scope of the service are subject to changes without notice.
