Guaranteed Yield (Modified Oligonucleotide)
“Guaranteed yield” refers to the minimum amount delivered to the customer, representing the final yield obtained after all synthesis and purification have been completed.
The unit is expressed in “OD,” calculated from the absorbance at 260 nm measured using a spectrophotometer.
As a general guideline, 1 OD corresponds to approximately 30 µg; however, the actual mass per OD varies depending on base composition and chemical modifications.

- 3′ end modifications are available for 11–50 mer sequences.
- Cartridge purification is available for selected modified oligonucleotides only.
- Special guaranteed-yield conditions apply to Galactose Glycan and GlycanX. For details, please refer to the “Glycan Ligands” page.
Domestic Lead Time (Modified Oligonucleotide)
Orders are accepted until 16:00.
Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed as next-day orders. Thank you for your understanding.
We calculate the delivery schedule based on business days, counting the order date as Day 0.
For orders with 1µmol scale or more, the domestic lead-time will be one day longer than indicated below.
Please note that the required lead time may be longer than usual depending on the number of oligonucleotides ordered or the sequence composition.
| Applicable Targets | Domestic Lead Time | |
| 11-70mer | 71-99mer | |
| DNA | 7-12 | 10-14 |
| RNA | 8-13 | – |
- Domestic lead-time for RNA will be applied for any oligos containing RNA base(s).
- 3′ end modifications are available for 11–50 mer sequences.
- For oligos containing deoxyinosine (dI), deoxyuridine (dU), and/or mixed bases, with no other modifications, the domestic lead times for DNA synthesis apply. For details, please refer to the Domestic Lead Time (DNA) table.
- Special lead-time conditions apply to Galactose Glycan and GlycanX. For details, please refer to the “Glycan Ligands” page.
