LaboPass™ FFPE RNA Isolation Kit Mini provides the simple and fast method for purification of total RNA from various biological samples, such as FFPE tissue section, cultured cells and animal tissues. Highly pure RNA can be isolated in less than 30 ~ 60 minutes without any use of hazardous organic solvents and alcohol precipitation. Purified RNA can be directly used in various downstream applications without any further manipulations.

Application to real-time quantitative RT-PCR
Total RNA was extracted from the FFPE section using LaboPass™ FFPE RNA Isolation Kit Mini. The extracted total RNA can be successfully subjected to Real time RT-qPCR assay.

Total RNA extracted from the mouse kidney section was subjected to 1-step RT-qPCR. Gene targeted 61 bp(red) between exon1 and exon2 of mouse GAPDH and 320 bp(blue) between exon1 and exon3 of mouse GAPDH.
